Affiliate Program Terms of UseThis affiliate program is a mutually beneficial cooperation between two independent entities. We, the Business Owner, provide a product, for which you, the Affiliate, may receive a commission based on sales generated from your leads. You are not our employee, and you are responsible for your own taxes, and for complying with business regulations for your area. We make no guarantees of earning – if you choose to participate in this program, your earnings will only be according to the actual verified sales generated through your affiliate ID. This program is open to business owners who can legally receive funds in US Dollars. You may choose to be paid through PayPal (you will be responsible for fees incurred), or through a mailed check, drawn on a US bank. We reserve the right to refuse to send payments to some countries. You may promote our product or service through legal, honest methods. If your promotion of our product or service is misleading, or inherently dishonest, we will cancel your account, and unpaid commissions will be forfeit. We do not provide service to companies that are not family friendly. We may refuse affiliate membership to affiliates who promote our products or services on sites that promote adult entertainment, adult products or services. If we cancel your account for this reason, unpaid commissions will be paid after the usual wait period. You may not promote our affiliate links through unsolicited email (spam), or through forum posts that violate the terms of use for the forum on which you are posting. You may not use “auto-posting” software to promote our affiliate links. You may not post spam (ads only) to blogs or other online venues which accept comments or reviews. Doing so will result in cancellation of your affiliate account, and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. We reserve the right to change commissions, payment policies or schedules, or terms of use at any time. We will post changes to our website, and notify all affiliates 30 days prior to any such changes, via email. We are not responsible for bounced or undeliverable emails. We value our affiliates, and pay accounts promptly. We will answer your emails and talk to you if you call with concerns. Our standards of integrity are high, and our target market has similarly high standards. Ad PoliciesWe provide a selection of banner and text ads that you may use. You may create your own text ads if you choose, but they must not describe our product or service in a way that is misleading or inaccurate. If you have any question of whether your ad is acceptable, please email us to ask. Acceptable methods of advertising are: • Posting affiliate links on your website or blog. • Posting affiliate links within legitimate forum posts which abide by the individual forum terms of use. • Posting links in your signature line online. • Posting links or ads in your opt-in email newsletter or eZine. • Posting links in emails that cannot be classed as unsolicited email. • Offline advertising which directs people to your affiliate link, if that advertising is honest and honorable. CommissionsCurrent standard commission rates are 15%. Commissions are accrued on all non-refunded sales. Commissions accrue at the time of sale, but will be reversed if the payment is refunded. Invalid payments will also have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to cancel affiliate accounts for affiliates who do not make any sales at all in a period of 6 months or more. PaymentsPayments are credited at the time of the sale, but are subject to a 30 day hold to ensure validity of the transaction. Payments are issued at the end of the month following the completion of the 30 day hold. For example, if you make a sale on the 5th of April, the 30 day hold will be completed on the 5th of May, and payment will be issued to you at the end of May. If you accept these terms, you will be taken to the sign up page where you are asked to provide the necessary information to open your Affiliate account. When you have submitted the form you will be emailed an invitation to have the opportunity to download an e-book entitled “Essential Strategies for Earning with Affiliate Links” by Laura Wheeler. This eBook will introduce you to affiliate programs and the work necessary to have a successful business. |
